The new generation plate carrier WARMOR Gen.5 is not just an improvement over previous models, but a full leap in quality, convenience and protective efficiency. It combines key solutions from the Gen.4 and Gen.6 models, retaining proven functionality while gaining a completely new level of ergonomics, adaptability and durability in combat use. Developed with real combat experience in mind, Gen.5 ensures full interchangeability of hard and soft ballistic protection, separate pockets for each protective element, optimal weight distribution and effective ventilation. Thanks to independent compartments for plates and soft packs, you can configure the level of protection for specific tasks — without compromising mobility and comfort.

Shoulder and side elements are equipped with an original Italian quick-release system, allowing the vest to be removed in less than a second. This is critical both in emergency situations and for daily use. The perimeter of the entire plate carrier is fitted with the MOLLE Laser Cut system, and internal cushioning pads significantly increase comfort during prolonged wear.

• Two independent protection compartments: separate pockets for 250×300 mm plates (Shooter’s Cut with beveled edges) and soft ballistic packages front and back.
• Side protection: pockets designed for large ballistic packages sized 210×400 mm. Full side coverage without conflict with RPS.
• Quick release: 4 systems on original Italian fittings, placed on the shoulders and sides.
• Comfort and ventilation: removable 20 mm cushioning pads reduce the risk of compression injuries and improve airflow.
• Adjustable shoulders: VELCRO® straps adapt to height and build. Equipped with a damper and elastic lining.
• Full MOLLE interface: Laser Cut around the entire perimeter, reinforced with fortified seams.
• Chest pocket: with YKK water-resistant zipper — for documents or personal items.
• Evacuation strap: on Velcro, integrated into the vest body — does not interfere with active movement.
• Reinforced seams: zigzag reinforcement of critical points for maximum reliability.
