Return Eligibility
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included. Items showing signs of wear, field use, alteration, or damage may not be eligible for refund.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable. These may include clearance products, final sale items, or gear specifically marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase. Custom or special-order items may also be excluded from standard return eligibility.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Cmbt19.com is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for processing once the return is approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or replacement item, we recommend placing a new order to ensure availability. Once your return is processed, the refund will be issued accordingly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
