Plate carrier material CORDURA 1000 is fire-resistant and ultra-durable, abrasion-resistant (over 50,000 cycles), does not burn, not visible in night vision devices! Yep, we tested it!

Inside the carrier there is buckle adjustment for main plates 25 x 30 cm, 27 x 35 cm and full-size ballistic packs 620 x 470 mm; they are secured with ultra-strong Velcro — you can be ten thousand percent sure your protection won’t fall out from the inside.

The carrier is trimmed around with M.O.L.L.E webbing - this allows attachment of any compatible gear (pouches, backpacks, medkits, a tourniquet pouch, etc.)

*by the way, due to the increased area of the carrier, you can mount 4 AK/AR magazines on the front.

And what about comfort?

Comfort - unlike other full-torso plate carriers, WARMOR gen.4 specifically allows free movement, running, taking firing positions standing and prone. Also, we stitch all carriers inside with a separate 3D mesh for better air ventilation. This one is no exception, so you won’t overheat in it even in the hottest weather.

And from the shoulders to the back and abdomen the carrier’s design is made to redirect its weight onto the back and abdominal muscles, not the shoulders like most vests. This allows you to stay in the carrier longer and more comfortably without much effort.

Shoulder pads - now they can be removed and replaced, or washed, or gifted to a friend. In most carriers they are sewn in, and shoulder pads are the ones that most often wear out or get damaged.
