The new generation of plate carriers WARMOR Gen.5 is not just an improvement on previous models, but a full leap in the quality, comfort and effectiveness of protection. It combines the key solutions of the Gen.4 and Gen.6 models, retaining proven functionality while achieving an entirely new level of ergonomics, adaptability and durability under combat conditions. Designed with real combat experience in mind, the Gen.5 provides full interchangeability of hard and soft ballistic elements, separate pockets for each protective element, optimal weight distribution and efficient ventilation. Thanks to independent compartments for plates and soft ballistic packs, you can configure the level of protection for specific tasks โ without sacrificing mobility and comfort.
Shoulder and side elements are equipped with an original Italian quick-release system, allowing the vest to be removed in less than a second. This is critical both in emergency situations and for everyday use. The entire plate carrier perimeter is equipped with a MOLLE Laser Cut system, and internal damping pads significantly increase comfort during prolonged wear.

FEATURES:
- Two independent protection compartments: separate pockets for 250ร300 mm ballistic plates (Shooterโs Cut with beveled edges) and soft ballistic packs front and back.
- Side protection: pockets are sized for large ballistic packs measuring 210ร400 mm. Full side coverage without conflict with RPS.
- Quick release: 4 systems on original Italian hardware, located on the shoulders and sides.
- Comfort and ventilation: removable 20 mm damping pads reduce the risk of crush/pressure injuries and improve airflow.
- Adjustable shoulders: with VELCROยฎ straps, adapt to height and build. Equipped with a damper and elastic lining.
- Full MOLLE interface: Laser Cut around the entire perimeter, reinforced with reinforced seams.
- Chest pocket: with a water-resistant YKK zipper โ for documents or personal items.
- Evacuation strap: on Velcro, integrated into the vest body โ does not interfere during active movement.
- Reinforced seams: zigzag reinforcement of critical points for maximum reliability.
