The new generation of plate carriers WARMOR Gen.5 is not just an improvement over previous models, but a full leap in quality, convenience and protective effectiveness. It combines the key solutions of the Gen.4 and Gen.6 models, retaining proven functionality while gaining a completely new level of ergonomics, adaptability and durability in combat conditions. Developed with real combat experience in mind, Gen.5 provides full interchangeability of hard and soft ballistic protection, separate pockets for each protective element, optimal weight distribution and effective ventilation. Thanks to independent compartments for plates and panels, you can configure the level of protection for specific tasks — without compromising mobility and comfort.

Shoulder and side elements are equipped with an original Italian quick-release system, allowing the vest to be removed in less than a second. This is critically important both in emergency situations and in daily use. The perimeter of the entire plate carrier is equipped with a MOLLE Laser Cut system, and internal damping pads significantly increase comfort during prolonged wear.

FEATURES:

• Two independent protection compartments: separate pockets for 250×300 mm armor plates (Shooter’s Cut with beveled edges) and soft ballistic panels in the front and back.
• Side protection: pockets designed for large ballistic panels sized 210×400 mm. Full side coverage without conflict with RPS.
• Quick release: 4 systems on original Italian hardware, located on the shoulders and sides.
• Comfort and ventilation: removable 20 mm damping pads reduce the risk of overstrain injuries and improve airflow.
• Adjustable shoulders: on VELCRO®, adapt to height and build. Equipped with a damping pad and elastic lining.
• Full MOLLE interface: Laser Cut around the entire perimeter, reinforced with sturdy seams.
• Chest pocket: with a water-resistant YKK zipper — for documents or personal items.
• Evacuation strap: on Velcro, integrated into the vest body — does not interfere during active movement.
• Reinforced seams: zigzag reinforcement of critical points for maximum reliability.

CONTENTS:
WARMOR Gen.5 is supplied without armor plates and ballistic soft panels. They can be ordered separately or as part of a full body armor kit.
