M-Tac Soft Shell Winter pants. The softshell fabric combines the insulating and "breathable" properties of fleece with wind and moisture resistance, and the durability of the outer layer. The outer surface blocks the wind, while the inner layer of the fabric wicks away excess moisture. It is used as an outer layer in transitional and winter conditions. For additional comfort in cold periods, the manufacturer has added a fleece lining.
